We believe good corporate governance begins with having co-workers who share both our culture and commitment to continuously strengthen our group as a reliable and trustworthy partner. Among other things, this means leading by example and always staying close to reality and our businesses.

We also recognise that governing structures, risk management and internal control are core functions of a successful business and decisive for our ability to uphold trust towards our many stakeholders.

IHIA’s business and strategy is governed by the board of directors of its constituent entities, with day-to-day operations being conducted by the senior management team, comprising IHIA’s Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel. These boards have the ultimate responsibility for the organisation and administration of IHIA.

Below are the board members of IH International Advisors Ltd.

Gilles Vanden Plas

Gilles Vanden Plas is the Chief Financial Officer at Interogo Holding AG and a board member of several group subsidiaries. Since 2009, Gilles has held different positions within the operations for private equity investments at Inter IKEA Group and Interogo Holding. Prior to that Gilles held several finance positions, mainly with KPMG.

Evgenia Matveeva

Evgenia Matveeva is General Counsel and Head of Corporate Governance at Interogo Holding AG and is also a board member of several group subsidiaries. She joined Inter IKEA in 2010. Prior to that Evgenia worked in the financial sector in Luxembourg.

Carlo Jansen

Carlo Jansen is Head of Group Treasury of Interogo Group and board member of several group subsidiaries. Since 1993, Carlo has held different positions within the operations of the Finance Division at Inter IKEA Group and Interogo Holding. Prior to that Carlo held several finance positions outside Inter IKEA Group, including Ingka Group.

Simon Faure

Simon Faure is the Managing Director of IH International Advisors. Prior to joining IHIA in 2021, Simon spent 16 years at M&G Investment’s private equity team. Simon has over 20 years’ experience investing in private equity and over 25 years investment experience in total. Simon has a History degree from Southampton University.
