Investment approach

We strive to create close, long-term relationships with our investment partners that share our values of transparency, integrity and humbleness. 

IHIA targets opportunities across a range of strategies, sectors and geographies, from newly formed sponsors to established firms.  We advise on a portfolio of over 150 investments, alongside 50+ investment partners. Our core geographies are North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.

Our typical investment allocation for fund investments is EUR 10m to EUR 75m, with co-investments being in a similar range.

We are committed to being an active investor and responsible member of the investment community.  By doing so, we seek to drive accountability and improve industry standards.
